A head of romaine here is $2. I use a salad spinner which I hate doing and also make layers with a couple papers in a plastic bin. It keeps well for a week.

Typical ups and downs of a So Cal spring. A handful of days ago our high was 60! Last day or two our low has been 60!

Romaine lasts for a long time it's the iceberg that gives me grief and romaine is a bit more expensive as well
