Warm FL afternoon

Judy, one of the reason I appreciate my Apple watch is its "Find my Phone" feature..... if it is within hearing distance the phone will ding ding ding.... I especially appreciate it when i know that I had the phone in the car last but apparently didn't pick it up to carry inside because my hands were full.....and maybe it slipped between the seats or under something......

My first real job the summer I got out of high school was as a file clerk at a company in Dallas. There were five or six of us and we each had so many letters of the alphabet. There were file cabinets in a u shape for each of us and a lady that was our supervisor. I thought she was really old but she was probably in her 50's . There was a file for every customer of the company. The salesmen would request files and return them to us to be refiled. When the mail came in we had to file anything from a customer in their file. That was the most boring job I ever had. I credit it with keeping me in college. When things got tough I thought about having to be a file clerk the rest of my life. We all had to go on break at the same time with our supervisor and if you needed to go to the bathroom you were suppose to go while you were on break.

Since I still have a land line ever so often I have to call my cell phone to find it. I should put a note on my dash asking me if I have my cell phone. It's pretty often I have to turn around and come back to get it. If I make it to town without it I worry about having car trouble and not being able to call someone. What did we do before cell phones?
