Barbie, just keep in mind that when you are buying an older RV in that price range, to not be surprise on spending additional money on some fixes, missed maintenance or needed upgrades.

Yep, I am planning on having to do stuff. I will be looking tho for something that has been loved and cared for by the previous owners. I can usually tell when someone has taken good care of something versus when they haven't. I will ask lots of questions as well.
