Saturday

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Just getting in under the wire for Saturday.

I worked half a day today. We have a new gal working who came from another shop. We are extending our hours next week (8am to 7pm) and needed another stylist. The two part-time stylists hardly ever work anymore so there are only 3 of us working. I have met this gal before and she is nice and very chatty.
I was told that we are being scheduled for split shifts with 3 hours off in the middle. What the heck am I going to do for 3 hours? I live too far away to go home and back and don't want to use all that extra gas. Nothing is open to spend time at, including the shopping mall across the street. I sure as heck am not gonna sit in the back room for 3 hours. If they expect me to do a split like that (not to mention the 9 hours I would actually be working), they are gonna get an earful from me about it.

I have been leaving food out on my deck in case Lily comes around. So far I have seen a light colored Siamese cat and a fluffy orange cat, both seem very feral and very hungry.

Lola now thinks she should have turkey 24/7! She also thinks she would like to go outside. Neither of those will be happening but she follows me around all the time meowing loudly about one or the other, or running between her dish and the door.

I have been feeling a little bah hum bug lately. Not sure I even want to put up the tree this year. Just not feeling it right now. Not very many neighbors around to see the tree or decorations anyways.

I got the D3/K2 vitamins I ordered, so will start on those and see if I start feeling better from that. Need to make a few phone calls on Monday about getting in to see the hormone doctor and my regular doctor soon. Hopefully, no more glitches in my health insurance!

Good night! :D
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)
