Barbie, their clothing is called "regalia" and be careful to ask before taking pictures. Some natives consider their regalia "sacred" and don't want their pictures taken. Sometimes they have different regalia for open dances from their ceremonies. My favorite are the ones from the plains indiana with all the beading and fringe.

Thank you Karen. I knew there must be a name for those outfits. These had lots of bells on them! The dresses had bells layered all over them and would swing and clang when they danced. And the men had bells on their ankles as well. Lots of beautiful elaborate head dresses as well.

I did remember to ask before taking photos.
