Barbie, you should contact the bank manager and tell him what his employees did.

My brother actually talked to the bank manager the last time he was there trying to get a loan a couple weeks ago. He was turned down for a $5K loan then, so not sure how he managed to get approved for at $12K loan now. The manager is very aware of all of this but they just don't seem to care.

They may care but......if he has not be declared incompetent by the courts, they may have to abide by certain criteria or be legally held accountable for discrimination on other grounds. He is currently still legal to make bad decisions.....sadly.
