Just finished reading the Christmas posts.....So many friends here that I haven't had the pleasure to chat with in a while...and of course my fault for not keeping up. But hey, it's Christmas, don't know why I chose today to join here, but there must have been a reason. Maybe to let some of you know that there is hope that your daughters will come around....my daughter and I didn't talk for years and now we are the best of friends, so yes, it does happen, eventually their brain matures and catches up with their age and they realize that you aren't evil incarnate and didn't cause all of the troubles in their little world, and that they have to be responsible for their own happiness. I've never been able to understand why our relationships with our children has to be so difficult at times. Especially daughters.....what's with that??

So with that, I wish for your wishes to come true this new year, that all of you have good health, good friends and good travels thruout the coming year and beyond. Peace be to you, my sisters.

Well, I'm very very late here today....in fact it maybe already Friday by the time I click the submit button.....But here goes!!!

My heart is so full for you, Barb.....your gift is so wonderful.....enjoy the girls and know that God has been with you on all that has gone on this year....

Chris, my experience is that all will work itself out.....Just give it to God.....I've done that alot in the last 12 years....and He carries the load for me.....and I have peace......

Now, I've been busy on the laptop today with webcaming with my sisters in PA and WY.....oh, and my Mom got on with the sister who is her caretaker....she had a ball seeing us that are away from the farm.....overwhelmed with the techy stuff, but happy to see us.....I pray that she remembers today, even if it is for a little while....her altzhimers has worsen, so maybe not, but we can hope.....

Then we did the webcam with our son, DIL, and the grandkids.....geez, that little Ava is as busy and chatty as her Dad was at that age... she cooked us "bebust" (breakfast) while her Daddy broadcasted it to Grammy and Papa from her little kitchen she got from Santa.....Maybe she'll have a job someday on the FoodNetwork....

Our grandson, Tye, showed us the Aquiarium with a telescope to watch the fish with....he really thought it was cool....and all the books and video games he got from Santa and others.....oh, and Beth, he got some more games for his Wii....

We did go fishing today...caught a Red Drum, but had to put it back as it wasn't big enough....they have to be 20 inches...mine was about 15 inches....but it was a nice afternoon...sunny and warm in the mid 70s...

All right, have written a book here...just wanted to share....I pray that you all had a good Christmas....

Good Christmas Night to all....
