Good Morning All, WOW!!! 14 posts before I got on. To Sue, Thank you very, very much for the info on the Great Lakes. I have never learned so much about them in all my travels. I really appreciate it.
I, too, wish I were with the travel'in gals in the UP. Soos, glad you are back with us. I enjoyed hearing of your adventures at the Blue Grass festival. I have a friend who would have loved to have been there.
Catherine, so glad to hear about your good times with the kids. Isn't it fun visiting them when they are "grown".

Good Morning everyone... I slept in this morning... Shadow had even got off the bed... guess he thought I would never get up!!

It is cool and very pleasant this morning... left the fan in the window and it brought in the refreshing air... this is truly September weather... 50s at night...

If the drink you are making is too strong put an apple in... that is what my juicer recommends... and it works...

Smoothies- I use unsweetened Almond Milk. Add spinach or greens of your choice, some fruit of your choice and a scoop of whey protein powder unsweetened and ice cubes. It may be a green color but mine always taste good and not too sweet.
