Morning everyone. I couldn't get online at all yesterday. The whole world must have been burning up the airways for valentine's day. IE kept telling me it could not display the webpage.
Safe travels to those on the road and happy gtg for those meeting up.

We are settled in for the night; been here for a few hours. Rain held off long enough this AM for dog walks, garbage run and to get unhooked. Started back again about the time we hit Hwy 27 and stayed with us all the way to Okeechobee; at least it was light to moderate rainfall and the traffic was relatively light. No wrong turns, closed roads, etc today. With the wet roads, we kept speed between 45 -55 mph so it took a little longer but at least it was not stressful.

As we were checking in, we mentioned how much we regretted not being here for the big pot luck park had last night then Wendy mentioned pizza. Lady informed us there were 2 or 3 places that would deliver pizza to the park. Guess what we had for late lunch/early dinner.
Park is a combo permanent, seasonal, RV site, and fish camp. One of the few places in south FL we've found that honors Passport America ( @$25.50) during Jan-Mar season. Spaces a little tight but park appears to be well kept and staff very helpful. There is a yard & bake sale in the morning. Might wander thru that before hitting the road again.

Park has a heated pool and Wendy was looking forward to having a dip. With air temp in low 60s think she has decided it is too cold for swimming. I know I'm digging blanket and sweat shirt back out tonight. Just hope I don't have to unpack the heater again. Going to be even colder tomorrow night.

Thank you Nancy. Even tho I had made a couple of short trips in Magic, I really was not comfortable at all with her until this longer trip. Still a ways to go but it is getting better and better. If I didn't have to get back for taxes and a memorial service for BIL, think I'd hang around FL for another month or two.

Rain down to light sprinkle now. Need to go walk Nicky before it starts back up.
