Wintery Tuesday

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Wintery Tuesday

Good Morning from the 45th,

Going to be another wintery Tuesday here they say. So far nothing is happening, but just about the time I leave for my chiropractor appt. it will. Last forecast I heard, said 2-6 inches or so, depending on how it plays out. Be a good day to work on scrapbook.

Had a good workout at gym yesterday. Monday is Cardio Party as they call it. Very intense aerobic workout with a few muscle moves. Once we start, it's non stop for almost 40 minutes till we have to get ready for the muscle move part and then get our chairs into position etc. Most people keep water right there, so you just step out and get a drink when you want and get back into it. There is one dance move thing that she does and is really throwing everybody off as it's a bit hard to pick up. She did stop the works and show us how to do it, but we are still bumbling around. All in the fun. Wednesday is my favorite as it's the muscle moves day. And not as crowded as some ladies don't like that one. It's good for you. Actually yesterday there was a good crowd. Will be interesting to see how many disappear along about March when that call to head south for a few weeks comes.

Otherwise, not much doing around here. Same old. Hope you all have a wonderful day. Keep safe if you are in the road.

Wow, sounds like you are getting some great workouts. Guess you can afford all those pancake breakfasts. And here I am sleeping in and being lazy. Just a small bowl of oatmeal and cup of chai for me. Gotta run to the post office and store this morning before work. It's in the 30s right now but warming up to almost 70 today. Will have a cabin to clean and some laundry to do and that's about all except office work today. Went back to the local doc yesterday for a follow up visit and was seen at 11 for my 9:00 appt. Heck, I coulda got that kind of treatment in the big city. Guess some things are the same everywhere. All right girls. I've got mangoes, kiwi fruit, and bananas in the kitchen. I'll go cut them up. Hope someone has fresh muffins to go along with them!

Ha, ha. Might be getting the good workouts, but no pancake breakfasts for me right now. Staying away from that stuff for awhile. You oatmeal sounds bette and it's good for you too.

Guess my talk of snow and cold and your breakfast offereings didn't appeal to anybody, cause there's nobody around so far today. Guess they must have all snuggled down in their warm beds and made their own breakfasts this morning.

Actually here in Texas we are all out playing in the 77 degree weather! I grew up in Minnesota so I know all about that snow and cold and I don't miss it a bit.

Me either. So pretty and I don't mind visiting it for brief (very brief) periods of time - but this balmy, warmer than normal weather here - wow. Love it.
