YAHOO!!!!
Coffee tastes much better this morning realizing that maybe quite a few people can make it here after all!!
I did some last minute chores on the yard and house yesterday, and then Richard and I went over the mountain to Wilmington's free music again last night. While there, I met a long-time friend who is the niece of a guy who has a Class A motorhome for sale on that road between here and there. I have wanted to stop to check on it, but was afraid it would cost much more than I could ever afford. However, the niece said it has only 14,000 miles on it, he bought it from an older couple who couldn't use it any more, and he is asking 14,000 bucks for it! She said it is in beautiful condition, so I intend to give him a call and get over there to see it. I am hoping maybe those of you who have Class As will come with me to assess it! Do I want it? Probably not, but maybe yes? Where would I use it? Would I use it? Sigh-----just another option on my confused road of life-----but the price is right if the vehicle is!
Today I will vacuum the house, spend some quality time in my pool as it's forecast to get into the mid 80s, and then go grocery shopping for the Ruckus stuff in Lake Placid at Price Chopper. Weather could be better, but it could also be worse, for most of next week. I think it will be just fine, actually.
Saturday I will go to our local rec park for a free music/flea market/bake sale all-day affair to relax and take a day off.
Sunday morning I will put the post roast dinner on to slow cook while I kick back and await the crowds of people who will show up, "because I have built it", as Carol said yesterday!
Apologies for the depressing post of yesterday----perhaps I was tired. I went to bed as soon as I got back from the music fest last night, and I feel much better this morning! Thanks to all who tried to buck me up yesterday! Looking forward to my upcoming GTG!
