Thursday.. and oh my it is really morning

Thursday..and oh my it is really morning ! Well my last Dr of this week and its a very early appointment.. This is my Internist...and always he and I get into a little dispute...He's an excellent Dr...and just loves to give me the once over.. on why I should follow his orders..LOL Of course I want you to know..He's a research so if you have a problem be prepared..cause every type of test is preformed..and he will get the results..and then when I challenge him.. (which he enjoys) the struggle begins.. but I love that type of Dr to begin with..I mean not the one.. well how do you feel ?... there are no excuses with this guy.. I mean don't go in thinking you can BS him.. aaaah the joy of challenge this morning..and my appointment is at 7:45am.. love it...
Now my results so far have been.. I have Neuropthay of my feet and legs..and that's due to the fact of diabetes..even thou I'm border line.. it's been coming on.. Most people in the early stages don't even realize they have it.. ...that's the start and also I have problems with my arteries in my legs due to my heart disease.. so I get a double whammy.. ..which is why some days I have problems walking.. ...but I'm not gonna give in.. I signed up for water aerobics.. as I can't go swimming by myself in the pool.. even home here .. we have a great big pool and I can not go in without someone around.. sucks trust me.. cause I am such an independent woman.. if I have to drag so be it.. but I'll get it done.. just takes me longer..and like the Turtle and the Heir.. I'll finish the race !
So I've have to go in for an Anagram on my legs...but that I scheduled for when I return.. as I told Dr... I've dealt with it this long.. I'm needing a break .. see ya in May..!!

I am a positive thinker and no matter how gloomy.. I don't ever let it change my life.. I may bum out for a day or too.. but then kick my asp and on ward I go... So, I'm still packing my rig.. and heading out of town .. That's the fact !

Oh, and my other wonderful news.. My freezer in the Rig (portable unit) is kaput ! Yep, it will cost close to 800 to repair..soooooooooo had to order a new one.. don't even want to go there..but it will be installed before I leave...

Now for the good news...I got an A in my Art Class.. and I have loads of work to catch up on and to turn in on Monday... Holy Hannah..

Okie dokie... now on with the show.. what's happening .. and it may be a short one too...as time is rolling and I've got to leave.. an hour drive to the city..yucko...

See ya Gal (Jenny and Dan) met up with Molly's Mom (Trudy) well from the looks of it.. they enjoyed the day.. looks a little bit on the chilly side.. and the view looks very cloudy.. but hey, we all have them days.. and oh.. Jenny, I don't think you and Dan can be in the dog house too long... but yep you are right.. There are days you have to use that portable dish setup.. I have to do that myself.. it's a pain in the butt..but it works ...Trudy..it does get better !!

Genteelest (Nan).. you know that is a horror.. and I can imagine the scare that you went through.. how very sad.. but it's a fact.. in our State it's illegal to use a cell phone unless hands free.. too many accidents..just like that guy with the train.. text messaging.. gee I just can't imagine.. you know dealing with driving can be Tiff enough .. but when you are caught up in your mind else where a major problem.. just how very sad ..

Ironical.. (Chris) I loved your day at the Beach.. oh those birds of paradise.. awesome.. and oh .. oh what is that a Flamingo .. all eyes on this.. LIL now siesta I have to tell you .. I just can't do sushi.. I mean it just don't go down.. LIL I watch others and they are really enjoying it.. but me.. Noah it's gotta be cooked .. plain and simple.. when I was in Japan I thought I'd go over the edge.. but with our client I had to deal with raw fishy..oooooooh my... bad enough I got passed the bath house . great photos !

Mars let (Sharlotte).. such great news ! and oh my.. I can hear ya now.. busy busy busy.. all the best to Candace.. I know you are beaming Charlotte and Jim too... OK, we are gonna hear lots of good stuff as you get ready for this Shindig.. right

Well Gooooood Morning to all.

BRRRRRR! Now I'm telling ya'll that I have no idea where the heck Yahoo is getting their temps from to post on my home page? But they are full of bull puckie!! They sure aint getting those temps from my back porch. Yahooie is saying 51 degrees???? Where the billy blue blazes are they at??? My thermometer says it's............38 degrees on my back porch! Holy smackers! Gads I got to get my big blankie out so that I can start wraping up in it before I go out there. Now it will warm up for the day but that first breath of fresh morning air is a shocker to a system fresh out of bed and from under the blankets.

Different day same ol'bullchit here in my neck of the states. Got wrapped up setting a guy up on what's called a fixed pay yesterday, last thing at work. Didn't get out of that place until 7:05pm. ~sigh~ Them long days get to ya. One of the girls was telling Kelly and I that after working all of her overtime (way more than us) that her paycheck was only $100 more than ours. Yep Uncle Sam and that IRS will take what they think is their share of the money.

LOL Kelly is all antsie about moving in March. She's combing the rental ads and then I told her about some TT's I saw on Craig's List. LOL Poor kid will have herself in a frazzle before March ever gets here.

Well it's that time and I need to get it in gear. YUCK I don't wanna go.

OOOOOOO.....really need the coffee this morning....... The 4 of us did some more site-seeing yesterday in Louisville.....went the the baseball bat factory (Louisville Slugger), then explored the downtown entertainment area.....had a couple adult beverages there.....then to Mike's favorite Irish Pub.....good food and of course, good Ginness Ale.....then to a micro-beer place....I was so full when we got back.....food & beer had me so full.... So it was an early nite for us as we were in bed by 9:30pm......Now Ernie & Mike are off on a nature walk at the state park and Donna's baby-sitting their GD....New mommy & baby due home today....

Okay, off to re-fill the cup.....

Morning all. Barb, I can tell you were in a bit of a hurry this morning...Ilove all of the new "pen names" you came up with! Of course, we all knew who you were talking about but I got a chuckle anyway.

Been busy busting my tush off trying to get ready to hostess a party at my house this weekend. This is an annual party that a group of us women have been having for about 22 years now. It is a theme party; and we have done things like Woodstock, Hawaiian, Oriental, Christmas in July, Rich Bitches, Tupperware/tacky, Girl Scouts, Victorian Tea party...well, you get the idea. This year our theme is Flintstones/Cave Women. Of course, the weather will cooperate (even though they are calling for rain tonight, tomorrow and off and on all weekend). We all dress in costume, bring appropriate food and plan on spending the night. When we were younger, we used to party till the wee hours of the morning. Now, we are doing good if we get to midnight or 1 am. LOL

Barb, I hope all of your visits today go well. Speaking of your freezer expense, I took mine in for an oil change and some minor repairs after my trip to FLA in August...the condenser on the dash AC burned up. So, I have to take it to a freighliner repair facility (on the other side of Baltimore) to get it repaired under warranty. Sheesh, it is always something!

I checked the system and the site wasn't hacked. The only people who can change a message - are you can edit your own messages, or I can as admin - signed on as a different name. That name has not been signed on today, so couldn't have changed it.

That leaves two possibilites - first, that somehow when you copied the message over to here - some things somehow changed coding. The second is that someone figured out your password and signed in as you and changed your message. You might want to change your password.

Marysdream and I emailed recently. She's good - and will be back to the forum - just has been busy with many other things going on in her life. Told her I hope she makes it over here soon.
