MORE FROST THIS MONDAY MORNING

GOOD MORNING TO US ALL!

I got preoccupied at home this morning, and missed my morning coffee post, so here I am at school filling out a quick one! It was below freezing, about 25 deg. F. again, and I am hoping my blossoms I saw yesterday are still alive and kicking after another blow.

We have another 4-day week, due to anohter unused snow day they are giving us on Friday. We will have the same deal next week for memorial Day, too! YIPPEE! My first campout at the local KOA will be Memorial Day weekend!

The sun is shining, sky is cloudless, and it should warm up soon. I hope you all will have a fun day doing something good for yourselves. Stop by and tell us about your day!
Life is about learning to dance in the rain
Happy travels!

Morning
I am still in Illinois, using my phone to type this. I was trying to leave today instead of tomorrow but the only flight was full. Fingers crossed for tomorrow. I am so ready to be home. I think then I will be able to begin my grieving as I have had so much other stimulation around me from my large extended family I haven't had any "me" thought time.
My sister's funeral was very nice and she looked beautiful and so peaceful.
Well, just wanted to check in. I will have lots of catching up to do when I get home.
Thanks again for your love, prayers and support.

Lenora...I'm so relieved to have you back on the forum! It just hasn't been the same without you  I'm sure you will be happy to be back home! I hope you find comfort here with your friends, too.

I found and bought a little pickup truck today, ending my frustrating search. It's a white '02 Dodge Dakota 4x4, with a topper. It can be flat towed behind Myrtle, which was my #1 priority. The topper will be nice so I can keep my work stuff in the bed and then whatever I decide to put back there when I travel. I have mixed emotions. I have loved my Chrysler Pacifica, but I know I really need this truck. At least it's automatic. Thought I was going to have to go back to a manual transmission. It even has a back seat for the grandkids ;) They can flip up for storage, also. The bed is kind of short, but I found out that I can put a ramp in there if I get another motorcycle and it will fit with the gate down :D I pick it up tomorrow!

Time to lock 'er up! See you tomorrow :D
Linda, Rags, and Brutus full-timing it in our 2017 Winnebago Micro Mini, Thumbelina.
