Vickie, I guess I did walk into that one, didn't I? I should have seen it coming. But I guess we should consider ourselves lucky. Bullies are mean to people they secretly admire!

A school in this area had to close because a pipe broke and flooded the school. They don't insulate pipes here enough and when we have temperatures in the 20's everyone panics. My "Einstein" DH has a thermometer under the house to see how cold it got last night. When we built the horse barn I wanted to put in freeze proof waters but he thought they cost too much. I don't think they cost more than we have spent fixing broken pipes in the last 20 years.
