I woke up really early when I heard the lawn mowers starting in and remembered that they are scalping the lawns this week (when they mow right down to the ground and then reseed for new grass next week.) That makes a huge dusty, dirty mess all over. So I quick closed all the windows in the house and porch and then moved my car across the street so when they come by with their blowers afterward, they can blow out my carport without my car in the way. Well, it turned out they only did the other side of the street today. So I guess it will be tomorrow on my side...

I never did get back to sleep after that.
Brought my car in to get the window fixed this morning and my friend Dave picked me up and took me home. A few hours later the guy called to say it was done. I didn't have anyone to drive me back there so the guy who fixed the window drove over to pick me up and take me back to the shop to get my car. Now I need to find someone help me with my car when I take it to get checked over. I will be taking the RV to the dealer on Friday and have a friend who can pick me up from there. I feel bad I am asking my friends to drive me all over lately! But this stuff needs to get done ASAP!
I need to get my flu shot and Covid shot but will wait until I get to Tucson since the Covid shot makes me feel sick for a day or so and I can't afford a sick day right now.
Beth, you should find a place to park your RV up in SD for the summers since you love it up there so much. Probably a lot more expensive tho, than down south. I would love to be a "sunbird" and be able to spend a few months in MN each summer. There are no campgrounds anywhere in the Twin Cities metro area at all. You have to go way west or north to find any.
Didn't get to anything in the house today, just phone calls and messing with the car. I am very tired after not getting a lot of sleep last night. I need to get something to eat here and get to bed early. Tomorrow will be strictly inside working!

I need to find time to get a haircut too, before I leave. It is getting long and shaggy, beyond what I can do myself.
Have a good night.
