Barbie, are you talking alcohol? That Margarita idea could potentially cause some problems for you. First of all, should someone have a Margarita at your open house, then have a car accident afterwards, you could be held liable:

"In California, social hosts and other third parties may share liability for drunk driving accidents under statutes called “dram shop laws.” Party hosts may be at least partially liable depending on the circumstances leading up to the traffic collision."

Secondly, there are a lot of people that don't touch alcohol for personal or religious reasons, and might find the serving of alcohol at your showing offensive.

Just my two cents.

I was surprised when I read that too! Doesn’t sound like a good idea! Lyn

Well, the only ones coming are from inside the park and are driving golf carts. I think most people won't actually be wanting alcohol between 8 and 12. I will have other beverages here. Lots of people offer adult beverages around here for different events/parties with no issues. I will have small cups so no one will be getting drunk. I don't think it will be an issue.
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)
