Hey, it's Thursday...Open up them eyes..It's Morning ! Another early bird for me again ! Felt my Reba nudging me and off we went ...next thing I knew the whole crew was behind me.. a bit of a Pied Piper feeling..or is it Misery loves company..however, it was crowded..don't trip or it would be stampeed..LOL Now that we are all up..who else could I talk with ..but my Sistahs... yeah.. and as I wonder through I find out what's happened since my last visit..

I see, I see.. Cedar has her baby Girl ll with her.. it's great..it has all the comforts of home and plenty of room..and YES, her bathroom..I love the color fabric..as I agree with the rest.. a lot of our interior is inferior..(oh my I'm doing that thingy again)..but it's true..awful colors ..who in the world would pick some of these..Just cause we Camp..can't we camp in style .. but Cedar.. I wish you many many wonderful trips and Adventures..and I see you is fixin to leave us already.. Go Gal Go....

Pooker (Evie) you are not alone I missed it too..The Great American Road Trip..and I'm heading over to NBC to see if it's on their web site..However, from what I've heard from others as well..some of the stunts they do..not a good thing.. but I was interested in seeing if they'd have some of the same things that have happen to all of us...

Avalen (Ava) Sure hope all goes well with your Daughter. You did have an Adventure.. but I love that town of Wickenberg..stayed in that rest area..neat town..was my lay over many many times...oooh and you had a what >..LOL a little bit of Hawaii isn't bad.. yoummy...

WickedLady (Marda) is on her last round up of her Adventure trip.. to the Home Stretch.. Marda.. good pictures .. and I got a little dizzy on that Carasel..oops.. Interesting about that Cannon Beach.. love seeing Sand Castles..amazing how they put them all together..mine never looked like anything but a bucket LOL..oh..yes, that darling Deer.. LOL..have no shame ..LOL..that certainly is up close and personal..

Vickie... I did buy the pitcher off QVC but on line.. I saw it on the TV and went to check it out.. I kind of watch the Sunday Kitchen show for new gadgets that make my life easier..and make great gifts for my great great nieces and wedding gifts

I just added more Ram and put in a new DVD drive in.. getting back to rebuilding.. oh my ..I did also purchase a external hard drive for all my backup programs.. wouldn't be without one..as I've experienced that crash and can't get data..ouch... but hope you feel better..guess your temps are a little bit chilly... my oh my where's that global warming those people are talking about ....maybe it's frigid warning..ice age coming back..huh ... anyway Soos.. take it slow and kind of be kind to yourself.. you need to heal..

Ok Sistahs...it's that time I gather up my stuff head into the kitchen and start that Coffee Pot and Kettle going.. Ya know the cold stuff OJ and Cola is in the frig.. so do help yourselves...I'm gonna make a batch of fig preserves today..love that stuff and more plum jelly..as my cubbard is getting empty.. I do have those Cinnamon Buns and Toasted Corn Muffins..love them toasted..and they are the big ones too.. pull up your chair and hey..just relax and enjoy...

GOOD MORNING BARBZEE AND EVERYBODY!!

It's about 56 out there, and overcast, after a rain that began about 1:00 am and continued most of the night. When I got up to close some windows and the trailer door, I was in such pain that I couldn't lie back down out there. So I came in, took a couple of Ibuprofen, and slept in my recliner in here for the rest of the night. This morning, I am able to move around pretty well, and don't feel anything like I did in the dead of the night. I was almost ready to drive myself to the hospital to see what in heck was wrong, as every beat of my heart actually hurt until I took the Ibu. I still suspect that I have bruised, badly, something underneath my ribs as well as my ribs. I hate it when it's dark, you hurt, and your mind imagines all kinds of horror stories and it's the middle of the night and you're alone. Everything is looking better in the light of day! HOWEVER-----today will be a day of total rest for this girl! We shall see if that makes any difference in the healing process.

Cedar must have had a geat night in her new 'yard house' with the rain on the roof, if she got what we were getting! When do you leave for Cole's Creek? I am so wanting to get to Silver Lake for some swimming, although this weather has certainly not been favorable for swimming, or even camping on the water. I know how you love Cole's Creek-----let me know how it goes there, although you probably don't have any internet service anywhere near, do you? When you buy an 'air card'...is it like a prepaid telephone card that you use as you need it? No subcription to anything? That could be a good thing to have up here in the boonies, although you probably need cell service for it to work, yes? Maybe not so useful, in that case.

I sure hope we get some decent weather today so I can at least get out onto my deck in my recliner and soak up some of that warm, yellow stuff they call SUN in some regions of the country!

Coffee is warm, , thanks, Zeeee, and my hands need it, if not my chilly body, as well. I hear that the road crew is back with heavy equipment, hopefully preparing the pavement for a new layer before my campout here.

Good morning Zeee and Soos and all our sisters!

Of course I'm out here in the camper still enjoying the shakedown in the back yard. So far everything seems to be humming right along. And that rain on the camper roof is wonderful. But have to say that it sounds different on this vinyl roof. Used to be more of a pinging sound on the 5th wheels and the Chalet. I'm almost finished getting this rig settled to take off on Sunday.

I hope all are doing well and having a great day,.... I'll go read the rest of the forum now.

Yep, it's not noon yet so I can still get away with that. Let's see, still no call from the company about the RV lift, did get a call this morning from computer guy. He worked on my sister's business puter yesterday, so figured we'd give him a try today. Ever since I got my laptop and we connected up a network between the desktop and my laptop, we've had problems. Had a computer guy/friend come work on it for hours and it just doesn't seem right. Hommie (hehe Ronnie actually, so yall know) can't get online on the desktop unless I go sign on my laptop and get online. It's like my laptop sucks the internet through the line, and he can get on,,, I know, makes no sense, but that's what it does. Anyway, we'll see if this guy can fix it as Hommie has no patience

I'm so glad to see that our 2 newbies have joined in, I was beginning to wonder if we smelled or something!

Soos, You'd better rest today or I'm gonna come up there and swipe all the battery packs from your toys and force you to rest up!

Yep,... mine was the "upstairs" in an old grainery, complete with some old furniture, table, chairs, bureaus and daybed. Loved to pretend it was my apartment and I was all grown up!

Good afternoon ladies. Well we finally got some relief from the triple digit temps. We had a brief T-storm last night which brought in a cool front. It should be a balmy 96 today with more rain tonight and then a few days of high 80's. YIPEEEEEEEEEE!!! The AC couldn't keep up with the heat and the house temp was in the high 80's. The AC seems to be working much better today. Thank goodness for the camper. The pups and I have been spending the last few days in there staying cool.

Had a mishap with the front door this morning. I opened it to get the mail and the door knob came off in my hand. I guess I don't know my own strength. (I don't eat spinach either) A trip to HD, a little modification and the door has new hardware. Oh the joys of a stix and bricks.
