BJ, unless there is a lot of product in someone's hair or it is very dirty, I can still give a great cut by just wetting the hair down with a spray bottle. She sounds very pushy and manipulative. Too bad I don't live closer to you!

Most hairstylists know that "pushy" and "manipulative" doesn't work for very long. I only sell product to clients who actually need that product and I explain why. Or if they ask my opinion what products would be helpful for them. I could never sell something to someone that they don't need, just to make a sale.
