Ugh! Monday Monday..On again Morning ! It was a fabulous weekend..house filled with family and food ! Tipped the scales big time..ugh ! Can you ever say no ??? NO !!! Try this.. Oh you'll love this..as each piece of somethin' else comes flashing past your lips.. but boy was it good..toooooo good ! Yes, I'll have some interesting recipes as soon as I translate them....from the quick jot of abrevations..the fast new terms that ya never heard before ..our own lingo.. and speaking of own lingo.. I took a quick look at Bether's Blog...

Seems they got into Alaska..but are gonna be changing directions due to the fire up the Alaskan highway.. you might want to give it a read.. and yes, there are pictures too...!!

I see Saturday the gals had fun in my Kitchen ...oooooh Mitch.. did it surprise me No Way.. cause you just have that devilish manner.. you can't resist .. mmmmm I'll go to the drawing board when it comes to your birthday LOL...but you all enjoyed it and that's all that mattered.. Right !!!
Oh and glad to hear your Frog survived.. my little lizard.. what ever ya call them didn't.. I did feel bad.. but not big on bugs ...I thought I could suck him up in the vacuum and he'd go into the bag..but end of story.. oooooooh my !!!

Birdie (Nancy) tells us she's a HAM..mmmm here Birdie I was thinking you were talking food.. LOL and low and behold so is Vickie...but again Mitch.. she just can't help herself.. well.. ya just gonna have to read it !!! (shaking head)

GetupnGo (Janice) She's a bird watching.. and of course Birdie (Nancy) is coming to the rescue on that topic..but wait.. Janice is talking about the water rising..but she's not worried.. she's busy with them binocs checking all that wild stuff.. You is strong woman.. Janice.. do let us know if your Rig turns into a boat LOL I loved reading your eventful watch..

Oh and while reading Snowball (Sheila) tells us.. her DD (darling daughter) is getting Married Tuesday !! Sheila our congrats to you and your daughter.. many many blessings...!!

Fernie is back in Tenn...woooooo hooooooo .. Glad you had the chance to slow down and enjoy your weekend.. Story tellin " mmm wonder if I could get a job doing that..wait.. maybe I can pass the plate .. Welcome back Fernie !!

Ok, well my brother and his wife are still here.. will be leaving this morning.. I'll miss him he's heading out to CA to visit his GD (grand daughter) and will be staying for a month. She lives in Sacramento..told him..(jokingly) stop in and say "hello" to the Terminator LOL..

So I'm in my kitchen.. Gals.. and gonna start the fixin's.. Coffee pot is perking, Kettle is Whistlin and Oj is chiled..Yep, Cola is in the Frig (hubby's coffee) and I have some Pineapple Upside Down Biscuits.. yes, they are good.. don't look pretty but who cares.. Gonna have Stuffed French Toast...oooooh that is really good.. won't move from my chair..LOL So come in and join us.. You know your anxious to tell your stories...

Good morning to all - lovely begining to Monday - sunshine and a breeze but supposed to get nasty weather later today. Hopefully it will all be north of us. Bill finished his wood sculpture/wall hanging of a covered bridge - will post pictures of it later. We are getting antsy to go somewhere but keep waiting on deliveries and workmen. We're getting an awning delivered today maybe for the bedroom deck. People were/are supposed to be coming to work on the fish pond. This is a rather laid back place and if a person fails to show up there really isn't anyone else to call - grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..... - Took a month and a half to get house painted. Took over a month to get installation of Satellite in motorhome and house finished. Found out our ?townships? Volunteer Fire Dept didn't get their contract renewed cause the ?"town trustee"??? doesn't like the fire chief. I"m starting to think Vegas was right when they elected an ex mafia to run it. From the Sherriff's Log in the weekly paper is one frantic phone call from a woman. She said " a guy was beating on her then he took her narcotics and ran away." Wonder who the sherrif is going to go after. Whole different world here.
Well today is pay bills and do laundry day so guess I'd better get busy.
Bill is starting to get a bug up his ...... that he wants to go live in Mexico. Should never have let him read Tioga and George.

Good late afternoon, y'all!

Three more weeks of school, including this one! We have been very busy...lots to do before summer vacation.

Good to see you in here. Hope to read more of your adventures after I get in the house----supposed to thunderstorm tonight, so I am going inside! Before I go, I will post my latest pics in the general forum. Will read other posts when I get inside.
