Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Friday

Morning All, Had a tornado watch last night from 6:00 till 10:00. So cleared the balcony again. Lots of noise and rain but all is well. I live in a very nice apartment complex, no rats etc. my apartment is on a main road but across from open farm land. The missing parsley is still a mystery. It’s Labor Day weekend so there will be heavy beach traffic and I will stay home. My road runs parallel to the main highway and beach goers think they will get across the bay bridge faster by using this small backroad. Locals are trapped in their homes and emergency vehicles can’t navigate. I can’t sit on the balcony unless I want carbon monoxide poisoning. Can’t fix stupid. No plans except move plants and bistro set back on balcony again. :D My exercise for the day. I always add soil to potted plants but it is new potting mix. Plants appreciate the effort. Be safe

Shirl, you do get good exercise moving items on and off your balcony! Tina, laughed at you falling on the butt while kyacking. I am not as diplomatic as Lark!
While searching through old morning coffee remarks, looking for the angel food/ pineapple receip, I saw you gourd Barbie. It is beautiful!!!
I got a real hair cut yesterday! First one since Jan 20th! Had the head shaved, very NON-professional on April 1st. Couldn’t stand looking like a wild woman any longer. It always takes a few days for me to decide if I like the hair cut or not. Went to a new place I found while searching on the internet.
A large window from the 24th floor Fell and shattered and glass fell in the swim pool and on several balconies, ours included. They are cleaning our. Balcony now. Also have to drain the pool to get the glass out, so no jogging today.
Guess I will go to the store and buy ingredients for the cake instead!!!

Have arrived at our destination this afternoon. Left enough equipment to reserve space for three cars. Cindy and Teresa will drive up to motel tonight but not get here at the park until tomorrow morning. I almost forgot that Theresa has a handicapped plaque but remembered in time to swoop in and get a primo spot. Luck and arriving early does help. Now to head back towards Ann Arbor and our room for the night. So far Jane has seemed to enjoy her adventure. Hoping for low 70s and no rain..... not that we get to choose.

Boy is it hot today! 118* :o . 3 more days of that and worse! We will be breaking records every day with this heat wave. I am so over this heat! I got in my car after work and it was 136* in there! :o Had to open the windows to "cool" it off some with outside air.

I was supposed to work 8 hours tomorrow at a different salon but ended up getting out of that, luckily! So now I will only work 4 hours at my salon in the afternoon. My feet hurt today. Wasn't that busy but I did walk to Whole Foods to get a pizza for lunch. They had large cheese pizzas for only $6 today for Amazon Prime members. So we all split the cost and the pizza.

Lyn, that is so scary that that window came down like that! Could have easily killed someone! They better inspect the rest of the windows to make sure that won't happen again. Glad you finally got your hair cut! It is taking me longer to cut people's hair because it is so long, I have to pretty much redesign the original hair style.

Have a good evening! :D
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)
