Lazy Thursday

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Lazy Thursday

Past noon already! I just climbed out of bed!

The sun is out, still humid but that is supposed to go away tomorrow.

I am back to feeding Lola the Fancy Feast food for now since that is all she will eat and I figure any food is better than no food. Just glad she still has a good appetite! I have also been giving her the liquid meds with the syringe but I should be getting the capsules today so I can use those for the powder meds instead. I ordered very small ones so easier to give her and one should hold enough powder for each dose. Keeping my fingers crossed that that works better!

Have a few things to take care of today like laundry, bills, etc. I didn't go to the community dinner last night. It was a buffet at a local casino and was $14. I need to be careful of my spending right now and that was a little more than I wanted to spend on food. Hopefully, next weeks dinner will be at a less expensive place.

Have a happy Thursday! :D
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

I finally made it to Lafayette today. Went to TJ Maxx and got Hank a new bed. They had the shampoo I have been looking for and Plantain Chips which I love and probably shouldn't be eating. Pet Smart didn't have a food stand like I want for Hank. Guess I'll have to order one on line or cut the legs off the old one. I wanted some of the powdered kitten milk and the same size Walmart sells for $11 PetSmart sells for $17. Gas is going down again. I got gas at Sam's for $2.189. I'm sure the next time I need gas in the motorhome it will be back up.

Barbie, I don't think I have ever been able to get a cat to eat the special food a vet has prescribed. I didn't know you could order capsules to put medicine in. Not sure that would be easier to get down a cat than a liquid.

I went by Chase Bank and closed the account I had there. The cashier wanted to know why I was closing my account but I was nice and didn't tell her what I think about Chase. The manager must not have been back from lunch because she was looking for him. He would have tried to talk me out of closing the account and I would have had to tell him what I really think about them. The only reason I had an account with Chase is because that bank has changed hands several times and Chase ended up with it.

not as busy today as I was yesterday but it was a good day... a bit warmer than I like but still doable... however I think that ice cream in the freezer is going to be calling my name...
want to get the table cleaned off so that I can work on my grandson's treasure box did put 3 more rows on the afghan now if I could do that each and every day it would get done it's about half way there I think well almost put 7 "section's" and I have 3 on so not quite but close to it. the plan is to have it done and a new one started before I leave for Q.. knowing how fast I can do them  I would like to do 2 this winter but we will be real and hope one gets done...I also want to get some dish towels and embroidery them did get some transfers that hopefully dd will like I wanted to get some with hedge hogs on them but finding them is hard did find them once but forgot to star the site and now can't find them but 92 cents is cheaper than 16 dollars for a pack of transfers... watching a Hallmark Christmas movie... not seen this one sorta funny
