Good morning Shirlv. Catching up on some paperwork here getting laundry from the past week of dog shows done. If you didn't count the dog hair some of those layers aren't really dirty.... Josef stayed in the Columbus area with is other mother and breeder and Lark and Audrey get a ride over this afternoon to "Camp Suzie" which is what we refer to as their B&B for the holiday. The actual Kennel name is much longer but they know that it is the owner Suzie that makes their tails wag as they walk in the door. Tomorrow morning early I will be heading out towards Brewster, NY, and the family Thanksgiving with my son and his family.

The house is already quiet with only the two dogs. I won't know what to do tonight or over the holidays with none to keep my radar alert for.

Off now to pick up some dry cleaning and get some of that paperwork in the mail.

Hope everyone has a fine holiday however you choose to celebrate.

Hi Shiryl & Tina!

Shiryl, I hope your volunteering position is what makes you happy. My Mom thought about that and it never evolved. I can't stay home long enough to do that. You are the woman!!!!

Tina, I admire what you do. It's not easy and at our age, it's really not easy. I really admire you!

We went to Marathton Key, over the 7 mile bridge & beyond. Since we're in Homestead, we turned around and went home. The prices here are cheap to living on the Keyes. The homes there are gorgeous and we only wish we could breathe the same air they do. They did things differently than we did and I don't envy them. But I am proud to do what we do.

Irmi, as long as we are giving out “atta girls” I have heard you play the organ and admire your talent plus that you put it to service in church. :D also your generosity with delicious meals. In today’s world it is comforting to visit this site.
