I haven't been to a chiropractor but like Martha I would need to have a lot of recommendations if I did see one. Probably I would go to a Osteopath though. However, I highly believe in trying an alternative method first if available,
For myself, I go to for acupuncture to a Chinese woman who trained in China as a medical doctor and also trained there for acupuncture. If I had done what the medical doctors suggested instead of doing acupuncture I would be on at least 3 medications. She also worked on a nerve pain that the dentist said took many months to hopefully resolve, it took her 3 sessions and I was and remain pain free.
To keep me going, I do self-hypnosis and reike on myself, have a massage, from a well trained massage therapist, twice a month, do yoga, and watch my weight by eating mostly real food and not possessed foods.
I believe a lot of people, not just seniors, are suffering by taking too much medicine because many doctors do not suggest diet changes and exercise instead, they just hand out pills or suggest surgeries.
I was going to edit but think I'll just leave it at possessed instead of processed, Maybe it should be called Frankenstein Food
