Windy Saturday !!

Good Morning Everyone !!! Not sure I should try this, wifi is kind of iffy here and the wind is pretty strong out there. Thinking our Saturday is not going to be the best but we will have a good time anyway. Woke really early this morning, I do most mornings but this morning decided not to try to go back to sleep. Don't like how I feel when I do that.

My rig is all bright and shiny, new guy with wash company and he took pains to do a great job. I need to go by rv repair early Monday on my way north to get my air filter for generator put in, they had to order and its not really a big deal to go by there before hitting the road as I am in no hurry to get there.

I'm setting here beside Irmi and Steve and Brenda is right behind them on next street. CG is really cleared out from what I have seen before. I know the roads are sure full of people getting out of here, not happy about joining the crowd, so trying to find a route that many won't choose, so I can enjoy my trip. Weather seems to be just what I like up home,70's during day and 40's at night, still not anxious to get there

No real news, so will just wish you all a great week end, with something fun in it somewhere, enjoy whatever you do,

Good morning CArol & all... I went to the beach early this morning we had storms throughout the night and now it's like windy windy & gray... the beach was a turmoil & the Atlantic curning and boiling at high tide... so the picture I took this morning at the beach of the boiling Atlantic Ocean will be my picture for the second day in my 5-day nature Challenge on Facebook... I really don't feel like doing much today so I probably won't... I wish I was going somewhere even North would be okay with me... maybe I will go and do an update on Pheebe and then post it here tomorrow... stay safe CArol & and if able keep us posted about your trip I will enjoy it ... have a good one & B safe ...donna

Anita, glad you checked in. I figured you were lost at Disney, which I'm sure you wouldn't mind Heading to WA?--wow, that's a definite sign that winter travels are ending.

Massage was great yesterday--could have used another 2-3 hours of it! Going to do "easy" work the next couple days so I don't get my body all in a knot again before I hit the road.

Beautiful day in WI supposed to be 78 today, spring is finally here.

For once I get to post that I am leaving on a trip! yippee!!

My friend Kathy and I are leaving tomorrow (unless I can talk her into leaving today!) for SE MO - where we will spend 2 weeks hiking, kayaking and sightseeing. Really looking forward to it as neither of us has ever been in that area before. Only thing I am NOT looking forward to is backing up the trailer --
We will be home on the 2nd and then I have to report for work on the 5th, darn I have a 3 month contract, so will be done on Aug. 5th and then can take another trip somewhere.

It is very windy here too. I haven't watched the weather this morning so don't know if we have any rain in the area. Last night there was a chance of rain for the next week. I keep waking up about 5:00 and can't go back to sleep. I would be fine with going back to sleep if Harold and the cats weren't making so much noise. Frosty and Posse got into it this morning and the fur was flying.

Woohoo, we got the new water heater installed. They only had water heaters with a 6 year warrantee in the store and we ordered one with 12 years. I didn't think about it being a different size since it was the same gallons. This one is 2" bigger and it almost didn't go through the opening. We had to go back and get a bigger drain pan. It must be better insulated. We could have probably gone with a 40 gallon instead of the 50.

I am trying to get a grocery list together so I don't have to grocery shop tomorrow or Monday morning when I'm headed out. I just put the weather channel on and they are showing severe weather for Texas tomorrow and Monday. That's not good.
