Good Morning
A sunny day here in my part of the world. Waiting on concrete workers to come and get started pouring concrete on some areas where we are having driveway and pool patio enlarged. I am sure the neighbors would like to have it completed too so our cars will be off the street and the ones who left us park WIndy at their house next to their rv would like there driveway back too.
Safe travels to all on the road.
Don't worry if plan A fails there are 25 more letters in the alphabet.

Morning Donna and Jane and all who follow,

Dang it, my dogs got skunky smelling again! A skunk has taken up residence under the shed behind the dog kennel in the back yard. DH usually puts the dogs out in the kennel in the morning and he said there wasn't any smell at that time. I went past it to go to the barn to feed and it almost knocked me out! That smell just permeates everything nearby so not only my dogs stink but also my house. So now it's war on that skunk! I've been giving baths to three large dogs almost every day and I can't keep on doing this all summer.

Carolb we are having a smaller garden this year too. DH is the gardener, not me. I like flowers in pots. He's so busy that he
only planted a few veggies and kept it small so less weeding and watering.

Donna, sorry baby Charley is being so shy. Hopefully she will come around soon and you will get to cuddle her.

Jane, wow! Sounds like a really big project going on at your house! Bet it will be nice when it's all done, too.

Breakfast here was blueberry muffin loaves and coffee. Not as good as Lori's breakfasts, but it will have to do LOL.'

Have a great day and stay safe,
Kathy
Any day spent in the company of my animals is a good day.

Good Morning, I am on course three of my breakfast, oatmeal with lots of cinnamon and pecans. The sun is out today and I don't think the heaters came on this morning. First time I can remember the heat coming on in June, but I'm sure not complaining!
Kathy I don't envy you having a resident skunk, hope you can get rid of him soon!! I keep telling DH we should have the porch fixed where animals can't get underneath but... I don't want the fox to den here either! The yard is fenced but doesn't deter many animals. A few years ago the woman across the street had a deer in her swimming pool. They finally got it out but it didn't make it, left two little ones who are probably still roaming the neighborhood.
I need to get busy here but can't decide what to do first so think I will go get dog food.
Donna I hope the baby will let you hold her before you leave, have you tried holding her favorite toy and offering it to her without making eye contact or talking to her? I don't know about babies but hey it works well with puppies. :)

Good Morning,

Sitting here on my site swing for awhile this morning. At the KOA in Billings, MT. Bit pricey but a beautiful park. For those who have usedKOA, you know about the sites with table, patio and swing. One night at this price is enough though. Right now a nice young man is mowing and trimming my site. Molly has enjoyed the dog park and I played mini golf yesterday.

Am heading out in a bit for Livingston. My last stop before heading to West Yellowstone next Monday. Will get back in and tell of my adventures after I get settled in. Wish I could download my pictures to computer, but Photo Gallery in Windows 8.1 does not want to recognize my USB card reader. And I've been using it earlier this spring. Grrrrrrr.

Have a great day all.

good morning :D
another beautiful day to wake up to, not doing much today, little bit of laundry cause I'm running out of clean stuff, the chickens have been laying like crazy so going to hard boil a bunch of eggs and probably make some deviled eggs for snacking
on. Thats about all I have on my agenda today. Getting ready to make some reservations for the ferry to Alcatraz and do a
day trip to San Francisco, looking at some day next week providing we can get tickets. Also getting ready to make reservations for a room at 7 feathers resort. It will be a simple day.
Ya'll have a great day and be safe.

It's a lot of walking but you will enjoy Alcateaz. Suggest you take a bag lunch or at least a snack and bottle of water as little other than souvenirs available on the rock. Take time to sit looking over the bay while eating before next boat back across comes. Fabulous view.
