Good Morning,
Well, thought I would get the Coffee going since Donna is off enjoying her time at Hardee Lakes. And some of the other "regulars" are out doing things like working, sleeping etc.
Had cottage cheese along with some sausage for breakfast today. Protein breakfast. Have more if you want some. Or have other stuff as well. Looking over all the pics, Liz put in her blog of the Dutch oven food, sure gets one's appetite going. Scrumptious looking stuff. Thanks for posting it Liz. Guess the group still at Hardee Lakes have gone AWOL. Having too good a time to let us in on it
I'm about to head out and spend some time with my snowblower and shovel after yesterday's 3 inches of wet snow followed by freezing rain last night. Typical March weather here.
Kathleen, Beth is right. Most insurance companies won't cover more than one Mammo a year. And if yours are negative, you don't need one every year. Every two years is the recommendation now. You should get with a n advocate department from a Senior citizen aging commission and have them help you out. That's what they are there for. I meet with one lady in our Commision on Aging here in Gaylord once a year to do the yearly review of my insurance. But in the meantime they can give you info to think about.
Time to get moving here. Want to get that snow done. Am looking forward to the warmer weather coming in this weekend. Forvthose keep saying you want a talk with with Phil, he did predict 6 more weeks of winter
