It's 41* outside right now. A cold front is moving through. I say let it roll. Let's get our 2 or 3 days of winter out of the way before our get together! Praying for beautiful weather at the end of the month.

Good morning all. Yes, I'm wond up this morning. Work is crazy and I so want to be at the gtg :D Final plans are being made for the D.O.G./ GTG and I'm excited to meet everyone!

Have some of the refrigerator jam Beth posted on Facebook yesterday to share along with toast and yogurt. Boy oh boy is this post a mess. Hope to see many of you soon!

Good Morning to you Vicki,

Love to see you post this morning. Such a cheery wake up. And yes, I can tell you are wound up this morning  I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed myself for a change. Miss Molly has been changing her morning routine in that she sleeps about an hour longer and also after going out for her morning "potty" session, wants up in bed with me for some "snuggle time" rather than the rambunctious morning, wake mom up stuff. But of course we still have the face wash and the nibbling on fingers a bit thing

It's -9 outside this morning, with a wind chill of -21, so not a nice balmy morning like your 40 degrees  We might make it to -1 for the high today I've been in far colder, so no big deal there. Will be staying in the house and working on my puzzle etc. Need to brush Miss Molly too as she's shedding her puppy coat.

I skipped Coffee yesterday, thanks for starting it Beth. Wanted to get some things done outside before this colder weather set in. Namely checking a house I caretake down the road, shoveling off the small walk alongside the garage, clearing out the path I have been keeping open to neighbors house across the road wile they are in FL for the winter and cleaning up a little snow, less than an inch off my drive, deck and neighbors drive. Mission accomplished although we did get at least an inch maybe two at most again last night, but it's going to stay right where it is. Not going to bother with it in this cold.

Hard to believe that that FL GTG is almost here. Looking forward to seeing the pics and hearing about the fun. Also hope to see some pics of the Dutch Oven cooking too. After that, looks like nothing exciting happening till the MI GTG in JUne Sure hope soma of you can join us here.

Of and moving this morning, so wishing you all a wonderful day :)

Good morning Vicki, Sue & everyone!

Vicki, I know you're counting down the days to the GTG along with hopefully warmer temperatures! Sue, it sure is cold over there where you are. Other than taking Molly on her walks, hopefully you can stay inside and stay warm. Kathleen, I hope the shots are working for you and for Ava, too! CArol, good to hear you're back in McIntosh with the group of ladies there.

It's starting off chilly in Ocala this morning with temperatures in the high 30's but we'll top off around 70 this afternoon with lots of sunshine. The weather people are calling for a chilly weekend with highs only in the 60's.

The RV show starts today in Ocala so we'll be going to see what is out there. Need to get myself ready to go! Have a good day everyone!

Good Morning,

Florida weather sounds a bit like what ours has been at times! Love that the days will at least warm up. Of course, right now we are seeing warm weather period!

I do hope you will have warm weather for the GTG! GTG will be fun no matter, but warmer is better!

CArol, I get excited when I read about you getting ready to hit the road!!

Yesterday was quite a day. Carolb got her propane leak fixed. I dropped off the Slingshot for the recall repair. LeRoy and I went looking for a boondock site south of Lake Havasu to watch weekend fireworks. People had actually roped off areas in the desert saving them for friends!! That ticked me off. So we were running errands when LeRoy's trailer hitch broke (trailer he hauls RZR on)! We were in town, traveling slowly and could pull into parking lot. A man pulled up and told L we had smashed his windshield with debris!! There wasn't any big debris to begin with - L ignored him and he went away! Luckily, there was someone nearby who came, was able to tow the trailer and got it fixed. I found us a place north of Lake Havasu where we all spent the night. Relaxing was in the plan when I got a text from my older daughter that led to several more - subject was son-in-law who has 'checked out' of family life and 10 year old wrote about it in school paper. Sad.

I'm finishing my coffee, unloading the SS and riding for awhile. Maybe a RZR ride later. I think we are all just happy yesterday is done! :)

Have a great day everyone!!

Sue, you beat me here in cold temps this morning. We are at zero* right now. We are in for a roller coaster ride this week and weekend. High today of 10, tomorrow 25, Saturday 3, Sunday 10, Monday 25, and so on. Am SO ready for spring!

Our RV Show starts today. I was planning to go tomorrow but I really need to get stuff done around here so may skip it. I really don't need to look at anything since I can't afford anything anyways. We'll see...

Off to work shortly. Have a great day! :D
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Noisy here overnight because it's windy. And the noise the wind caused had Peaches stuck to me like glue during the night. We lost power at some point - I don't think it was off for long, however with the wind came cooler temps but my heater, which was set on a low temp, doesn't come back on after power is restored - so it was pretty chilly in here this morning. Losing power also means needing to reset our internet. I hadn't done it, simply because I wasn't sure where the modem was located. I know now, it's reset - and I've had internet again since about 10.

I don't intend to do much of anything today. At least one camper left today who was booked another 4 or 5 more days (I'm off duty, so just hearing things on the radio) because the road to the top is closed. It's only one day! Oh well - their loss. And safety is a factor. I hiked to the uppermost point we can hike yesterday and could feel a wind difference then - can't imagine it today with real winds! My guess is that Faraway Ranch - which is located down here at the campground level, will be very busy doing tours today. I've done that already. Maybe I'll work on getting my blog updated. :o

Still morning here in cold Il... our temps are not below zero except for the wind chill... still it was cold enough for Shadow to want back in right away! It sounds so cold up there Sue...
He would love a walk... hope to do that soon...
Made my reservations for a motel in June... my granddaughter Joy is getting married... wanted to be able to use my MH but it will most likely be sitting here by itself...
Take care everyone...

Hey Barb, the best time to look is when you are broke. Don't have to worry about an impulse buy.

Actually I like to look and see all the different ideas. Unfortunately if I like one part I won't like the other part. Find a great kitchen but I won't like the bathroom type of thing. By looking we were ably to make our list of likes and dislikes to find the right trailer for us.

Things are quiet here just dealing with doctors. I have surgery scheduled for my right knee at the end of the month (torn meniscus) so I'm hoping it's all better by camping season :D
