Back Again Wednesday

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Back Again Wednesday

Good morning all,

Finally got back on here again after not being able to log in since my last post on Saturday. :? Had to ask for help from that wonderful lady Beth via another wonderful lady, Sarah. Thanks to them both, I'm able to log in again :) Was having withdrawal for a while there  But have been following you all.

Love the pics coming from the Q GTG especially that group shot and the poses with Anita's SS. Also been reading the Introductions and see a lot of new faces with a variety of hopes and dreams out there as well as determination to carry them out.

Anita, I wanted to say after the Green Bay/Seattle game, that I could hear you cheering all the way to Mi  That was a tremendous game.

Been busy week here so far with errands etc. taking up Monday, little cleaning up of drives yesterday and a luncheon with a group at neighbor's church. And of course walks with Molly who has a nice new 15 ft. Lead to run along on. Today is "payday" so off to bank and am taking Molly to my groomer for a doggie bath. She's scratching so much, thought maybe she might feel better after a new bath.

So guess we had better get our day moving here. You all have a nice day out there :)

Good Morning Sue and everyone else... cloudy but no snow or rain... makes for a gloomy day so far...
This is my son's birthday... I called his cell and sang to him...
Fire place is going good this morning... coffee is finished and will fix oatmeal and raisins no blueberries left...
No word from dr office about injection schedule... not doing very good with the steps...
Kelsie comes today to catch up the cleaning and maybe we can tackle the kitchen cupboards... I want to pack away some things to make it easier to reach most important things...
Hope everyone has a great day...
Kathleen or Kathy

Use today wisely it's all you have; yesterday is a memory; tomorrow a dream... KLW[/b][/color]

Morning all,

Yesterday I think I did a bit too much; had 8 horse stalls to clean in the morning. Later on in the day I was hurting all over and now I feel a cold coming on. Spent much of last night trying to go to sleep, wasn't too successful.

Some of you might have seen my post about the dog who got caught in his cage and later had to be put down, well, his owners sent me a thank you card yesterday with a lovely hand written note in it, thanking me for trying to help their poor pup. What classy people! But it made me sad and I cried all over again just thinking about him.

I put some spare ribs and sauerkraut in my slow cooker today for dinner. Made some cheddar/broccoli/potato soup yesterday and it went really good with that loaf of Italian bread (hello, Mitch! I thought of you while I ate it! LOL).

Tomorrow evening I have an appointment at my dermatologist, having had skin cancer I want to get checked out and have a thing removed from my neck.

Getting excited to go look at this little baby motorhome! My friend Vickie will ride along with me and look at it too. She's coming here in the morning then we will go get breakfast. After we look we are going to shop at the Rural King store on the way back because she's never been there and I always like to shop in stores like that.

I was supposed to watch my son's dogs on Sunday but haven't heard from him yet whether or not they're going to be gone, so guess I'll have to call him. He'd leave it to the last minute if I didn't call. Would like to be able to make my plans!

Have a good day everyone, and stay safe,
Kathy

Kathy, I have trouble with my boys letting me know things too. My older son does computer work so I know he sees my emails. I went through heart surgery with him in 2010 so if I don't hear from him for a week of course I think he died. My younger son won't get an email because he doesn't want people sending him emails. I keep telling him I could be sending him cat videos. These kids are so into texting but my phone is a pain in the behind to send a text from.

I have an appointment in the morning for the eye doctor to check my eye. If my surgery date gets moved I'm throwing my stuff in the motorhome and going camping. The weather is going to be cold but I have heat and an electric blanket.

Past morning but its been a busy day and different schedule at work today.
Bus went through DOT inspection and it failed. Fault of inspector because he
didn't operate the lift correctly and got made when we tried to tell him, did the
same thing on the passenger door. The inspector is suppose to know all these busses.
oh well, will finish today and start a new one tomorrow.

Heading off to work here but thought I would stop in and say "hi". Got an inch of snow last night, just enough to cover up the crud but make the roads slippery. Staying warmer this week tho, still in the 20's.

Kathy, I love that cute little RV! Hope it works out for you!

Have a great day! :D
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

We have a very windy day in Quartzsite!! Guess it's a good test for the cover on the Slingshot - it has stayed put.

Ava, just love people that can't do their jobs! I'm waiting for return phone calls - one from yesterday! Grrr

Martha, not sure what to wish for you - delay so you can go camp or surgery to get it done! :D

Sue, I tried to not yell too loud and scare the nearby ladies Sunday! :D What a game! Now another controversy with the New England Patriots to taint the Super Bowl. :x

Kathy, anxious to hear about the RV.

Hope you are all having a good day and that aches and pains are soon gone! Safe travels@
