Goooood Morning Sistahs!!!

Oh goodness if it's the official weekend. And I'm going into work voluntarily to do overtime. Altho at this moment I'm really wondering what all they will be getting out of me that will be considered work???? Gads I have a headache. And nope, it's not from partying to much either.
Popping Advil hope that will nail it!!

Oh, was doing this up and glanced at the clock!!! Had to get my shower in before Kelly got up. Dang kid is still zonked. Got to get her azz dragged out of bed.

Raining here this morning, temp isn't bad at all for now. Popped open the patio umbrella on the back porch while I had Shade out. It was really nice standing out there under the umbrella listening to the rain hit it. Haven't done enough camping in the past couple years to say so and I love the sound of the rain hitting the tent. That's one really good thing about a tent, it doesn't have to be pouring to be able to hear the rain.

Ok, coffee is done. I've got some goodies out on the table and of course Biscotti for those of you who are addicts. I am gonna go check my mail, do my clicks for breast cancer and the Animal Rescue Site. Then it will be out the door to work.

good morning ladies, fresh cuppa coffee, ahhhh, tastes so good. The girls have been
up and gone back to bed, but Bandit seems to be sleeping in, I think he doesn't feel
good, he didn't eat well yesterday and seems to have something going on with his
foot, can't see anything wrong with it other than he's been licking it and holding it
up a little. Will take a better look today when he gets up and around. Hope its nothing
I can't fix cause going to the vet is just not an option right now.
Laundry today of course and some extra housecleaning.....the floors, yep that would
be a good idea. I've been real good with the kitchen this week so its already good and
tidy. Will probably, no, for sure, I will get out in the yard and do a little raking. The
weatherman says 80's this weekend so that will be comfortable to do yardwork.
Anything I don't get done this weekend will get done next time and then of course I
will be on spring break so I'm looking forward to that.
Ok, now I'm ready for a refill and find a little snack, cleaning up my coffee drips and
sugar sprinkles and hanging the dishcloth back on the sink. Can't make a mess in
Barbzee's kitchen.

Good Morning, All!

Temperature is coming up-----up from zero, or a tad below, to about 1 now! Yesterday afternoon it was 44 deg., and pouring rain. Now it's all frozen solid out there! A little snow overnight to cover all the bare spots that the rain caused, but not enough to make skiing an option, yet. Skiing on ice is no fun!

I'm waiting for the TV Dish guy to come and remove that extra dish they installed for local channels....I guess I no longer need that. I think I'll ask them what they will do with that extra dish----I could take it off their hands and perhaps use it for the trailer some day! I wonder if my little black receiver box would work with that dish out in the boonies?? IF I could get it aimed right, of course!

Then it's off to the dump, do a bit of laundry, vacuum, and practice my guitar playing and fiddle playing. I need to call a hotel for reservations for the trip to FL, too----my friend I think would be happier in a motel room than in the Kamping Kabin, so I think that's what we'll do. I compared prices while at school yesterday, and the rooms are not much more than the cabins at this point.

morning all - can't believe two months of the year are already gone
we will be leaving here in a little bit headed inland away from the ocean will get as far as Guadalajara today. don't know if i'll have wifi or not. Today we go up highway 200 but get to turn off it before the 2nd really curvy stretch. so we are on the official "way home"
Bill just went up to pay for the electricty we probably just should have kept paying 'by the day" instead of getting the weekly rate - by the day electricity is included.
cloudy and overcast and muggy here today.
So bye for now and will post when I can.....

You remember those great big Satelite dishes they used to have. Well they make great Gazebo roofs. Just get some 4 x 4s and make supports. Plant vines, stand back.

Great idea for a gazebo, Sparkle----I love it! There are so many of those old cast-off dishes now as you drive along the roads up here. Perhaps someone would be happy for me to remove a couple of them!
