Joan, that's scary. How far is this from your campsite? Is there a way to evacuate if needed?

It is right where I am parked. The spa is on the river. Spoke to a policewoman this morning and she said I am okay for now. If rains begin again, I will move to higher ground. The problem is running into flooded roadways while you are moving. For now I am better off sitting tight.

Joan, I have been thinking about you and hoping you don't have problems with all the flooding. On the national news they say there is more rain predicted. Keep us posted.

Martha, thank you. The river has once again subsided to normal levels and earlier the arroyo had stopped running across our street but the TV is still warning of flash floods.

Wow, all that rain and flooding is scary! Joan, I hope you stay safe where you are! Things can change in a hurry!

I just spent the day cleaning and rearranging my place. Long overdue! Needed to get rid of things that have made it look so cluttered. I like things simple. I didn't get as far as I had hoped so far. Need to keep working on it until bedtime tonight. Have been taking breaks out on my deck since it is absolutely beautiful here today!
