take the last two digits of the year you were born then add the age you will be this year and it will add up to 11.

Try with the dates of everyone you know, it just keeps adding up to 11.

This is the only year this will happen and I am FREAKED OUT!!! AND AMAZED!!!! that it works every time with eveyone you know...TRY IT

61+50=111 (1961+50=2011), or 6+1+5+0=12. ???? Maybe that is because I have just had a birthday. Would have worked a week ago!

(PS> The year you were born, plus your age should always equal the current year (2011), unless you are fibbing about your age!)

Barbie, Barbie, Barbie, you had it right the first time 61 + 50 = 111. Stop there and you have it!

And you really cracked me up with the fact that your birth year and age(that year) equal the current year!!! Of course it would, Dewfus!

Well, that was my point...this math problem is essentially the same thing as adding your age and your birth year to come up with 111 (or 2011 if you use the whole year).
