Magic Words

"Mother and son are standing in the supermarket checkout line. The son begs his mother for a candy bar from a nearby rack. The mother looks down at her son and asks with a rhetorical sternness, 'What are the magic words?' And the son replies dutifully, 'You're thin and you're beautiful.'"
