For anyone interested, where's it located? At least generally? And if you have any pictures of the inside to give the layout, they'd be good.

I have had the pleasure of staying in this TT. It is immaculate and well maintained (maybe a little OCD thrown in LOL) Good luck selling it soon. I am sure you wont have any trouble.

PS googled your new rig....LOVE IT

It is in a covered storage facility in Tumwater, Washington.
I weighed it loaded for travel with food, clothing, kitchen stuff, full water and propane tanks, and the usual things for hook-up,etc. It was 4,980 lbs

I tow it with an '06 2WD Ford Explorer V8. It tracks very well. It does have two axles.

From the sticker in the cubbord: Cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) Computation
GVWR 5,500 lbs
Minus UVW 4189
Minus Fresh Water weight of 24 gal @ 8.3 lb/gal 199
Minus propane Weight of 15 gal @ 4.2 lb/gal 63

CCC for this trailer 1,049

I keep a log of each trip. I has been towed a total of 17,688 miles

I have photos but I don't know how to post them on this site. It is listed on Craig's lists for Seattle and Olympic Penninsula. The pictures and floor plan show up there.

What a lovely unit - shouldn't take much before someone snatches it right up!

Just took a deposit on the trailer; unless something unexpected happens it looks like it is sold.
