This isn't a recipe, although I plan to eat some with blackberries I froze last summer. It's actually a warning. The stuff is addictive and is a heart attack in a yogurt tub.

This stuff is evil. It was on sale at Smith's grocery the other day. I opened one and stuck my pinkie in it, so I bought 3. Waiting outside the store for my friends, I opened it and started spooning it into my mouth. By the time we were all in the car, I'd eaten about sixteen ounces. I know; you're thinking, "So? It's yogurt! It's good for you!" Ah, my friends! Here's the thing: it's made with CREAM! i went back in to buy all the rest they had, which was, unfortunately, only 2 24 oz. tubs. I have eaten THREE of them in the past two days! I got honey flavor: milk, cream, cane sugar, honey. That's all. It's evil.

Not evil at all! I lived in Greece for four of the healthiest years of my life. Ate yogurt nearly every day and was thinner than I have ever been since. It is addictive...and good Greek yogurt is very hard to find. Read on the link the goodness of full-fat milk...actually contributes to a reduction of obesity! Sorry to argue, but this is good for you in so many ways! Enjoy...

This is a woman who specializes in Mediterranean recipes; has a whole website full (her, I'm keeping)
http://www.dedemed.com/
she says to make it "low fat," use 2% milk. kinda not the point. But she has better close ups of foaming milk!

and finally, use a Greek recipe, but cook in your....CROCK POT! I'm not sure how this will affect it, as it isn't stirred, but I've made spreadable cheese out of sour milk like this.
