Pepperoni Pizza Rolls..

1 can (15 oz.) Contadina pizza sauce ( I prefer this brand)
1 c. FF shredded mozzarella cheese (I use low fat)
51 turkey pepperoni slices, cut small ( or as little as you want)
1 t. crushed red pepper (optional)
48 square wonton wrappers

Pre-heat oven to 350.

In a medium bowl, combine the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese,
pepperoni and red pepper.

Place a piece of foil dull side up on a baking sheet and spray
with non-stick cooking spray.

Place 1 wonton wrapper on a flat surface and place 1/2 TBLsp of
pizza mixture towards the edge of the wrapper closest to you.

Dip your finger in water and wet the remaining 3 edges.
Roll the wrapper starting with the edge closest to you towards
the other side. Press the ends down with your fingers and fold
the ends under.

Place on a baking sheet and continue until the sheet is full.

Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 15 minutes.

Flip each roll and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes
or until golden brown on both sides.

The rolls will puff while baking, but flatten out as they cool.
Allow to cool slightly before eating. The centers will be very hot.

Note: If you don't want to bake all of these at once, you can
place the baking sheet onto the freezer until the rolls are
completely frozen.

Once frozen, place the rolls into a zip lock freezer bag and leave
in the freezer until your ready to bake.

When ready to bake, you can either thaw them out in the microwave
or bake frozen. Additional baking time may be needed if frozen.

PS.. I don't suggest you do them in microwave as they will be
doughy.
