What can I say.. Things like this come along and ouch.. Sounds really good too..
Sorry no pictures.. haven't made it.. or maybe she ate it before she grabbed her camera HA !

Any way.. what's wrong with a scrumptious desert...or is it dessert hahaha.. any how.. here comes
the recipe.. Check your cabinets..

Cannoli Pie with out the hard work :)




15 oz part-skim ricotta cheese

1 cup (s) powdered sugar

1/4 cup Maraschino cherries chopped

1/4 cup milk chocolate chips

1/4 cup Slivered Almonds (Toasted)

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 Keebler 25% less fat Graham cracker ready pie crust Or Chocolate Cookie Crust



In large bowl, combine the ricota cheese, cinnamon, vanilla and confetioners sugar;
mix until smooth and well combined.
Chop the cherries , chocolate chips, toasted Almonds and fold into mixture.
Spoon into the pie crust, cover and freeze for at least 3 hours. Remove from
the freezer and allow to sit for at least 10-15 minutes before cutting. Cover and store
leftovers in the freezer.

PS Add a little Chocolate Syrup warm to bottom of plate then add slice ..Oh Yeah !

Uh oh ... pssssst.. Carol.. don't want to tell anyone.. but this pie is not a baked one.. ssssshhhh..

See if ya look again it tells ya to fold everything together then FREEZE... :o .....Good try Carol...but ya can't
get away with it...Now You can do it.. and ya know what.. I'm gonna betcha it will turn out GREAT !

My luck no Ricotta..but I'm gonna go to the store tomorrow and then the rest will be history. :)
