TACO CRUNCH ROLL
Servings: 4-6
Ingredients
- Two to four tubes of Crescent rolls depending how much you want to make
- Nacho cheese sauce
- One bag of Tortilla chips or Tostitos chips
- 1lb cooked ground beef (with taco seasoning, salt and pepper)
- Spicy Ranch sauce
- One bag shredded Mexican cheese or whatever you like
1 egg for egg wash
Bake at 375F for 25-30 mins!

Steps
Use a baking sheet with parchment paper or you can use an oven safe pan with a bit of oil
Arrange the triangles in a circle, with the wide ends overlapping and the pointed ends facing outward. It should resemble a sun shape. I put a small bowl upside down in the middle to keep things together.
Layer some nacho sauce and spread evenly
Place tortilla chips around sparingly
Add Ground beef with taco seasoning browned and crumbled
Spicy ranch sauce or your choice
One bag of Mexican blend cheese
Fold triangles over
Egg wash crescent triangles only
Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes
Let sit for about 15 minutes then turn bowl over and fill with whatever garnish you would like. Slice and serve
Serve with guacamole, sour cream, salsa all are optional
