Either I messed up or I do not like rivel. Love dumplings but not little dough balls. Think I will scoop the rivel out and add egg noodles.

I had never heard of Rivel so I had to google it. I dont think I would like it either.

The rivel went in the trash. Was left with chicken broth, chicken and corn that I had cut from cob and froze. The broth was thickened from the simmered rivel. I have packets of Seeds of Change which is a seasoned brown rice and quinoa. A half a packet to a hot bowl of chicken corn soup should make a good meal. Have lettuce growing on the balcony so will have a small salad. Temps dropping down in the 30’s tonight so will cover lettuce. Feel much better about the botched pot of soup now. Will freeze the leftover soup.
