my daughter has a ice cream machine so while I'm here I decided that we would try it out...I'm taking care of the kids as she is out of town for work
really good ice cream so I thought for those with the means to make it I'd post the recipe it's a Cuinsenart machine

Strawberry Ice cream

in a sauce pan put
1/2-1 C. sugar
3 T. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
3 C. sliced strawberries
heat till the sugar melts then mash the berries up set aside and let cool
in a bowl mix together
1/2 C. whole milk
11/2 C. yogurt
add the fruit mixture
let chill some more then put into the machine and follow directions

really good got a kiss from one of the girls tonight for it
we made it last night then again tonight..tonight I added some raspberries and banana's to the mix

That sounds delicious, Sheila!
I'd kiss you, too, if you made me some.
