Every year someone requests that I bring this to a party. It's so good and easy that I should make it more often.
endive
goat cheese
walnut halves
honey
Put dollops of goat cheese in the middle of endive leaves, top with a walnut half, drizzle honey over. That's It Done! Since the endive leaves are shaped like little canoes they are easy to eat while holding a glass of wine or hot cider.
