Made this recipe that I saw on the Pioneer Woman TV show. She was having a Christmas party and this fudge was going to be served with peppermint smashed on top. Did not put peppermint on mine but did put pecans in it. I do not make candy but this was simple enough that I could make it.

3 cups of chocolate chips
1 can of sweetened condense milk

Melt together in a double boiler and spread in 8 X 8 greased pan.

I've made this a lot and it's the best fudge I've ever eaten. I'm not a fan of fudge but this was good. I'm with Glenna, I put pecans in mine, but the pepermint might be good, too.

Guess what's in my pantry? Chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk! Sweetened condensed milk is an amazing thing. I'll add walnuts since that's what I have.

Mini marshmallows would be good in that too! Maybe will make that for my Secret Pal gathering before XMas.

This fudge is good. The Pioneer lady put aluminum foil in the pan and sprayed with Pam. That makes it easy to turn over and then cut in small pieces.

I was brought up in a family that made fudge the old fashioned way - using 3 kinds of chocolate, and having to stir till your arms hurt - and still haven't found anything that matches it ... but love the ease of things like this - and hey, it's chocolate, so it can't be bad!

am still at daughters so got the stuff the sweeten condensed milk and chips and made it however with out the nuts or peppermint good recipes
without so think it would be really good with all the other
Is it better than the normal fudge perhaps not or perhaps...but for the ease the lack of ingredients I'd make it again
