Simple and easy - I'd leave off the pepperoni and add some veggies - onions, for sure! I only have one 6-muffin pan, so couldn't overdo making them, either.

Those look good. My kids learned in 6th grade to make something similar except with refrigerator biscuits, but the tortilla makes it even easier.

We did these a few days ago....great for just the 2 of us....only complaint I had was that Ernie got way to generous with the pizza sauce... :roll: , but will do them again... ;)
