7 up Bread :)

Yes, you read it right. a 2 ingredient bread. It's pretty good too.. Hope you try it.

7-up bread


12 oz diet 7 up
4 cups of boxed bisquick

stir the two ingredients together just till moistened and still a bit lumpy. dump batter into a greased 9" bread loaf pan. Let is sit for 10 minutes to proof (get a head start on rising). Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for nearly an hour.
To test bread for doneness.... even though the crust appears brown and you think it is done insert a knife till touch the bottom of pan. There should be no trace of wet batter before removing bread to cool on wire rack for 2 hours before removing from pan.

this is a quick bread and it will slice better the second day. I use an electric knife on the day it is baked and don't have any problems.
