Lenora, for some reason I didn't see your pics the first time I read your post. It looks yummy. I think I may make some today, I bought some taco seasoning the other day in anticipation of trying this recipe. It really won't matter to me how it looks, as long as it tastes good and will sop up the rice and gravy.
