Two recipes; one posted on FB and one on Dr Oz
Mix together 1/4 cup each greek yogurt (I use plain to reduce sugar content), uncooked oatmeal and fresh fruit of your choice. Put in covered container in refrigerator for 8 hours (overnight). Eat.
I reduced the ingredients for the pops as I have a small freezer in the RV plus I used small dixie drinking cups. 1 cup OJ, 1 envelope unflavored and unsweetened gelatin, one small banana, 1/4 cup plain yogurt and 1/4 cup strawberries. Mix in blender and pour into pop molds or cups. I only blended a few strawberries and cut up the rest in small pieces to create little chunks of fruit. The gelatin helps to reduce body temp to make sleeping easier. I think the potassium in the banana helps too. Freeze 8 hours. Eat.
