[Crock Pot Chicken and Stuffing :)

Ingredients

4 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves, (Frozen)
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom.. (you can use any kind you like)
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix with seasoning packet, (I use Corn Bread )
1/3 cup fat free milk,
1 and 2/3 cups water.
1/4lb sausage cooked and crumbled. (turkey sausage could be used)

Instructions

Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine soup and milk. Pour over
chicken. Combine stuffing mix, seasoning packet, and water, add
cooked sausage to stuffing mix well. Spoon over chicken.
Cover. Cook on Low 6 hrs or High for 4 hours or till chicken is done..

Take cover off last half hour to let moisture absorb .. so that stuffing is
not soggy !

You can also add dried cranberries..and onions too..

Remember all Crock Pots do not cook the same.. mine runs hot on low..so
my times are somewhat different..so it's kind of trial and error...but I do find
that if you use Frozen chicken breasts.. you get the best results as the chicken
stays moist.. Works for me.. and again.. Simple and Tasty is what I am about ..

I also freeze this.... when I do for myself.. I have one week I don't cook just zap
all my frozen dinners up... hey.. it sure comes in handy... :)

Enjoy

God Bless
